About us
In 1998 Afmitech Friesland started in Katlijk, Friesland, the Netherlands with creating solutions in decentralized treatment of wastewater. What started out as a small home based company has now grown out to be a professional company and has relocated to a new location in Joure with its own laboratory and factory in 2007. At this location our products are manufactured and shipped over the world. In our laboratory we are constantly working to further improve the results of our wastewater treatment systems.
Because we believe in durable quality, we emphasize continuous improvement. To do this we have chosen to keep the whole process, from idea to production and final sale, in own hands. This broad experience guarantees our knowledge of all possible situations and gives us the opportunity to face changing situations in an efficient and a professional way. We choose to use durable materials in our products to have a positive long-term effect on the environment.
